A little bit about us.

On Yer Bike was established in Peterborough in 1970. We are a 'Traditional', family run business which has gone from strength to strength over the years, due mainly to hard work and offering excellent service. Our customers refer to us as a 'Proper Bike Shop'. We offer the kind of service that the larger stores can't (or don't want to).

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods please return them to us within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a refund. Any faulty goods should be returned as soon as possible so they can be inspected and any refund initiated. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information

To calculate delivery costs simply add the product to the shopping cart, proceed to the shopping cart and enter the requested information in the Shipping Estimator.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us before 2pm on the day of despatch. If you notify us after 2pm the goods will be sent to you and you can either refuse the delivery or return the goods to us. There is no charge for cancelling an order, however, if the order has already been despatched you will have to pay for the return postage.
