Finding The Right Product
You can either browse for products by clicking on the various categories on the left-hand side of this page, or by selecting a particular make, model or size from the "Search by Brand" or "Search by Size" boxes. If you have something specific in mind, type the product name into the general search box at the top left of each page and click 'go'. If this search gives you no results try changing the wording/spelling. To find out more information on a product, click on the product name or image.

Once you have found something you wish to buy, there are two ways you can order:

Ordering Online
To purchase a product, click on the 'add to cart' button - you will then be taken to the shopping cart, which will show your goods as you choose them.

Here you can update quantities, remove items, enter a promotional code, or click 'continue shopping' to keep browsing the site. You can also see how much delivery charges will be by entering your destination country in the "shipping estimator" which you will find just below the "shopping cart".

Once you've made all your choices, press the "checkout" button which will take you to the next page.

If you already have an account with us you can go to the "returning customers" section and enter your email address and password then continue with the checkout. If you do not have an account with us you should go to the "new customers" section and choose "create new account" or "guest checkout". Guest checkout is quicker and easier, the downside is you have to re-enter your details every time you use the website and you may miss out on a few promotions. Clicking on "guest checkout will take you to the next page.

Here you need to enter your name, address and contact details. Clicking the "submit" button will take you to the next page.

On this page you can check all details are correct and choose a different delivery address if desired. You should also select your preferred delivery option (if available). Once you are happy that all the details are correct, choose your payment method then click the "continue" button which takes you to the next page.

Here you can double check all details of your order before clicking the "continue" button. You will then be taken to a secure payment page to enter your payment information.



Ordering by Phone
If you would like to purchase any of our items, but would prefer to speak to a 'real' person rather than clicking buttons online, then simply call our highstreet store during our normal opening times.

Our highstreet store opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 9am - 4pm Saturday.

Delivery

 ALL AVAILABLE DELIVERY OPTIONS WILL BE DISPLAYED DURING CHECKOUT

EXPRESS DELIVERY: If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday you should expect to receive it within 1-3 business days.

SAVER DELIVERY: If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday you should expect to receive it within 2-5 business days.

FREE or REDUCED DELIVERY:
Occasionaly we will have promotions offering FREE or REDUCED delivery. You will be able to select this from the choice of delivery options during checkout. FREE or REDUCED DELIVERY will normally be Royal Mail 2nd Class and you should expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY NEXT DAY: If an order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday it will be despatched the same day and you will receive it before 1pm the next day. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY DELIVERY. If this option is selected on orders placed on a Friday you will receive the goods on the following Monday. If this option is selected on orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday you will receive the goods the following Tuesday. This delivery option is not always available.

SEVERE WEATHER DISRUPTION:
Occasionally, adverse weather conditions (usually snow and ice) can affect delivery times. When this is the case we may only offer Saver Delivery (3 - 5 business days). We will however still endeavour to despatch orders the same day via Express Delivery even though you are only being charged for Saver Delivery.

All prices include VAT and are in Pounds Sterling.
To calculate the cost of delivery simply add the required product/products to the shopping cart then use the Shipping Estimator on the Shopping Cart page.

Please Note: Due to weekly stocktaking and general website maintenance Express Delivery is not always available on certain days, usually Thursday.

Worldwide Delivery:
Most items can be delivered anywhere in the world, there is, however, a weight limit of 2kg for overseas orders.
To find out the cost of a delivery please add the items you would like to order to the Shopping Cart and enter your Country in the Shipping Estimator.

Returns and Refunds
On Yer Bike are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you'll enjoy using, but we also know that for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've purchased.
Any unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please return the item/items to us with all items/parts included, in a re-saleable condition, undamaged and in its original packaging. 
Once we have received your item back from you we will inspect your item before proceeding to issue a full refund, excluding original delivery charges and return postage costs.
In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault, simply contact us by phone or email to arrange the return/replacement.
Normal wear and tear, unauthorised tampering or damage, or lack of maintenance are not covered under the guarantee/returns policy.

Prices and VAT
On Yer Bike prides itself on offering top-quality products at competitive prices with savings wherever and whenever possible. All of our products are fairly and honestly priced, as are the savings quoted.
However, because of the very nature of the internet, it is possible that some sites may be offering the same product as we are at a lower cost, or indeed at a higher cost, just like the high street. Although we cannot always price match, if you found a considerable price difference, we would welcome your feedback which would help us improve our pricing.
The prices for any goods ordered through this site will be as quoted, except in the unlikely case of obvious errors. These prices are liable to change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
As we're based in the UK, our site shows all prices inclusive of VAT

Privacy and Security Policy

We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is a secure transaction. All orders are taken from you using the strongest available encryption technology; 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
This means that on any page of the website where you enter personal information such as credit card details, the information sent to us is encrypted to safeguard your details. (Encryption prevents other Internet users from accessing this information.) We only accept orders that are placed using this technology.
You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for either a locked padlock icon (Internet Explorer) or an image of a key (Netscape) in the grey bar at the bottom of your screen. (This will only appear on pages where you enter personal information, such as credit card details.)
What information we hold about you and how we use it
If you have bought something from us we will store your email address, phone number and delivery & billing addresses. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address.
Your credit / debit card details are passed to a secure and encrypted payment provider (PSL) for authorisation and stored on their server. This means your financial details cannot be accessed and are never divulged.
We gather this information to allow us to process and fulfill your order. Therefore we will have to disclose some of your information to third parties such as Royal Mail for delivery instructions.
We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases.
We will also use your information to provide you with information about special features on our website or any of our special offers, services, products or information which we think may interest you. If you do not want to receive this information you may decline to do so at the time you place your order or at any time by sending an email to info@oybcycles.com or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our newsletters.
If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.
We never exchange, sell or otherwise give away your email address to other companies

Updating your details
If any of the information that you have provided to On Yer Bike changes, for example if you change your e-mail address, name or payment details or if you wish to cancel your registration, you can do so by using 'My Account'. By using our oybcycles.com website, placing an order for goods and/or registering as a member of our website you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions, as set out below

Conditions
An order for goods placed by you, the buyer through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions
All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer
In these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy references to ‘us’ or ‘our’ shall mean On Yer Bike, 541 Lincoln Road, Peterborough PE1 2PB

Orders
All orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by you, the buyer, to purchase goods pursuant to these terms and conditions
You, the buyer, shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided on the order form and we will not be obliged to accept an order unless all details requested on the order form have been entered correctly
No order submitted by you, the buyer, shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of the your order by e-mail (where applicable) or by telephone
We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide an explanation

Goods
Although highly unlikely, the goods may differ slightly from the images shown
We reserve the right to substitute products of a similar description and standard if the requested goods are not available but will use reasonable endeavours to match your order exactly.

Price and Payment
The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include VAT.
We reserve the right to change the price at any time. However, orders taken will be charged at the price quoted at the time of order and will therefore be unaffected.

Payment
When we provide any goods to you, the buyer, under these terms and conditions, payment will be charged to the credit card account provided by you on the website order form
By placing an order, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your credit card account as provided on the order form
Title to the goods will pass to you, the buyer, on payment in full of the price of the goods
We will issue you with an electronic receipt to your email address once the goods have been dispatched.

Delivery
The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the delivery address provided by you on the order form. A signature may be required to confirm delivery
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. If however we are unable to deliver your goods by the date quoted for delivery, you, the buyer shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery takes place

Cancellation of the Order/Return of goods/Defective Goods
If you are within the EU and are a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 section 12 as amended) then in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000:

(a) If at any time after making your order you wish to cancel it please notify us by phone or email that you wish to cancel.
(b) If your order has already been dispatched then you can still cancel your order but you must notify us of your wish to cancel by phone within 14 days (10 working days) from the date you receive the goods.
(c) Save a provided in (e) below, you are responsible for the costs of the return postage and are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and ensure that the returned goods are received by us undamaged.
(d) We will refund you in full within 7 days of the date you cancel the order or 7 days from the date we receive any returned goods from you
(e) Where the goods are being returned as they are faulty or do not comply with the contract then we will pay your return postage

Your Warranty
You, the buyer, warrant that all details provided on the order form for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds and/or sufficient unused limit available to cover the cost of the goods

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out its obligations within a reasonable period of time but will not be liable to you, the buyer for any loss, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delays in doing so and we will not be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to this Agreement, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following will be regarded as causes beyond our reasonable control:

23.1.1 Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
23.1.2 War or threat of war, sabotage, civil disturbance or requisition;
23.1.3 Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
23.1.4 Import or export regulations or embargoes;
23.1.5 Strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;
23.1.6 Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery;
23.1.7 Power failure or breakdown in machinery

If we are prevented from carrying out our obligations in the above circumstances, we will notify you in writing. If we are still prevented from carrying out our obligations 3 weeks from the dated such notice was sent, then either party may give written notice to the other cancelling the Agreement. If the Agreement is cancelled in this way we accept no liability to compensate you for any loss or damage caused by failure to perform
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we will not be liable to you, the buyer, for any loss of profit or any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims, which arise out of or in connection with the supply of goods other than as a result of a breach of an obligation arising under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1973

Intellectual Property
You may download or copy the content and other down-loadable items displayed on the website subject to the condition that the material may only be used for personal non-commercial purposes. Copying or storing the contents of the website for other than personal use is expressly prohibited

Website
We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after becoming aware or being notified of these
All drawings, descriptive matter and specifications of the goods on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods
We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability

General
We may from time to time change, alter, adapt, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions but if we do so we will post any such changes on the website
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected
English law will apply to this Agreement, and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation

Queries and Complaints
We aim to respond to e-mail and written queries within 24hrs of receipt. Telephone queries will be dealt with during our normal business hours.
In respect of complaints, we will consider the nature of the complaint and will contact you within 14 days of the complaint giving you the result of the enquiries and what we propose should be done.
