Jane pushchairs are generally fitted with tyre size 270 x 47-203.
The tyres and inner tubes listed in this section are 280 x 65-203.
Although the 280 x 65-203 tyre will fit onto your existing wheel it will have a slightly HIGHER PROFILE which means you will need to change both of the rear tyres so the pushchair sits evenly. You might also want to consider changing the front tyre as well.

Please Note: Because of the different widths of the 2 sizes mentioned above you cannot fit a 280 inner tube into a 270 tyre, you need to change the tyre AND the inner tube.
