HOW CAN I PREVENT PUNCTURES? ... I'M PLAGUED BY THORNS, WHAT CAN I DO? ... WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THESE CONSTANT FLATS ON MY PRAM? ... WHY DO I KEEP GETTING PUNCTURES?

These are the kind of questions we get asked all the time, and although there is no guaranteed way to prevent ALL punctures there are certainly ways to prevent MOST of them.

In this section you will find a variety of products that will help in the fight against FLATS!! We stock Puncture Resistant Tyres, Puncture Resistant Inner Tubes, Puncture Preventing Tyre Liners, Slime and Sludge Filled Inner Tubes and Slime and Sludge Tyre Sealant. Below is a brief outline of what the different products have to offer:

Puncture Resistant Tyres:
These tyres have a layer of specially formulated material that is designed to reduce the risk of sharp objects penetrating the tyre and puncturing the innertube.

Puncture Resistant Inner Tubes:
These are Extra Thick inner tubes which are ideal for preventing penetration from sharp objects, especially thorns.

Tyre Liners:
Probably the most effective way to prevent punctures. This specially formulated tape sits between the tyre and innertube and when fitted correctly will eliminate virtually all punctures.

Slime or Sludge Filled Inner Tubes:
These inner tubes are filled with a specially formulated liquid that seeks out and seals punctures as they occur. SLIME and SLUDGE are 2 different brand names but they both work in the same way. This product is designed to REPAIR as opposed to PROTECT.

Slime or Sludge Tyre Sealant:
Slime or Sludge in a bottle so you can fill your own inner tubes. PLEASE NOTE: This should only be put into new tubes or tubes with no holes. This product is designed to REPAIR as opposed to PROTECT.

Puncture Repair:
If you are unfortunate enough to get a puncture there are a few essential tools you will need when it comes to fixing it.
