We use our own inner tubes and fill with Genuine Slime Tube Sealant. They install like a regular tube and repeatedly seal tyre punctures for up to 2 years. This self-healing inner tube will considerably reduce the risk of punctures. When a puncture occurs, the sealant moves into the hole and clotting agents are activated, effectively filling the hole and blocking the loss of air.
The inner tube has an angled (bent) valve for easy inflating and is suitable for Quinny Buzz and other pushchairs and prams with tyre sizes:

Slime Tube Sealant is a specially formulated liquid which is injected into the inner tube through the valve (the valve core has to be removed first). Slime Tube Sealant prevents and repairs flat tyres caused by puncturing objects up to 3mm in diameter. Slime Tube Sealant works repeatedly for up to 2 years. When a puncture occurs Slime Tube Sealant moves into the hole and the clotting agents are activated, effectively filling the hole and blocking the loss of air
Slime Tube Sealant:
Tyres must be kept fully inflated at all times for Slime Tube Sealant to work effectively, as it is the air inside the tyre/inner tube that forces the Slime Tube Sealant into the hole to seal it.
The wheel needs to be rotating for the Slime to coat the inside of the tyre/inner tube, so if the tyre loses air, re-inflate it and spin the wheel, this helps the Slime to seek out the puncture and hopefully seal it.
Angled (bent) valves stick out from the side of the wheel making it much easier to attach your pump when inflating the tyres.
Straight valves do not stick out from the side of the wheel so make sure there is enough room for you to attach your pump.

TIGHT & UNEVEN FITTING TYRES:
MIS-SHAPED TYRES:Check out this video before fitting. Click Here for video.
It is a good idea to warm up the tyre and manipulate it to get it as near to normal shape as possible. Mis-shaped tyres are fitted the same way as any other tyre, but special attention should be paid to the part of the tyre which is misshapen. Once the tyre is on the wheel you should inflate it a little at a time and make sure the misshapen part is not coming off the rim, if it is simply push it back into position and add a little more air.
ALWAYS KEEP MIS-SHAPED TYRES INFLATED TO THE MAXIMUM P.S.I.
